Turkey jelly with creamy horseradish
Very tasty, tender and incredibly aromatic turkey jelly. I strongly advise you to cook it, I assure you, you will be satisfied.
Ingredients
- turkey drumstick 2 pcs.
- onion 1 pc.
- carrots 1 pc.
- root celery 0.3 (one third of the head of cabbage) pcs.
- allspice peas 6 pcs.
- black peppercorns 6 pcs.
- bay leaf 3 pcs.
- salt to taste
- garlic 3 cloves
- horseradish 3 tbsp.
- heavy cream (for whipping) 50 ml
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Peel vegetables, cut them into large pieces. Wash your shins well. Put the vegetables and turkey drumsticks in a saucepan, add water, bring to a boil, remove the foam. Salt a little, add spices. Reduce heat to low and cook for 4-5 hours. After an hour, take out a piece of carrot, it will be used for decoration.
Step 2
Remove the meat, disassemble into fillets, select bones. Strain the broth, salt to taste, bring to a boil. Pass the garlic through a press and add to the broth.
Step 3
Aspic will be served in portions, so we pour it into silicone molds for muffins. Put a ring of boiled carrots, turkey meat in each mold, fill with broth. We will send it to the refrigerator overnight to solidify.
