  • water - 1 glass
  • fast yeast - 5 g.

  • sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • low-fat sour cream - 25 g

  • flour - 175 g
  • lightly salted salmon - 120 g.
  • dill - 10 g.

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Combine milk and water. Heat in a saucepan just above room temperature. It should be pleasantly warm, not scalding, otherwise the yeast will burn.
Step 2
Dilute yeast.
Step 3
Whisk the egg, salt and sugar in a deep bowl. Combine with sour cream and melted butter. Melt it in a microwave or stovetop.
Step 4
Sift flour. Pour pastry into the milk (egg, sour cream, butter). Add flour gradually. Stir so that there are no lumps. Knead the dough well. Cover the dough with a towel and leave in a warm place for 30-40 minutes. It should increase in volume.
Step 5
While the dough is coming up, prepare the filling. Chop the salmon and dill finely. When the dough comes up, mix it with the filling.
Step 6
Preheat a skillet. Lubricate lightly with vegetable oil, use a silicone brush or cotton swab. Pour an incomplete ladle of dough into the skillet, rotating it back and forth to spread the pancake. If it hasn't spread, quickly spread it with a brush.
