Young cabbage casserole
Ingredients
  • 6 medium leaves of young cabbage
  • 250 g ground beef
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 slices of white bread without crust
  • 100 ml cream 10%
  • 1 egg
  • 50g of grated cheese
  • vegetable oil
  • salt pepper

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Finely chop carrots, tomatoes, onions and garlic. Heat oil, put vegetables, add minced meat and cook, kneading lumps, 8 minutes. Remove from heat, transfer to a bowl and let cool. Add crushed bread crumbs. Season with salt and pepper. Mix.
Step 2
Dip the cabbage leaves in boiling salted water for 3 minutes, remove, and let dry.
Step 3
Prepare the sauce. In a bowl, combine cream, egg and cheese.
Step 4
Lightly grease the mold. Lay 2 cabbage leaves, spread half of the filling in an even layer. Add 2 more cabbage leaves and the remaining filling. And again 2 leaves of cabbage. Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Pour over the sauce. Bake for 30 minutes.
