Apples in choux pastry
Apple desserts, of course, are always relevant. And so I baked delicious apples in choux pastry! Try it and enjoy!
Ingredients
- flour - 200 g.
- baking powder for dough - 1 tsp.
- vanilla sugar - 25 g.
- butter - 50 g.
- water (for dough (boiling water) + for syrup) - 550 ml.
- coconut flakes - 25 g.
- apples (ranetki) - 8 pcs.
- sugar - 100 g.
- cinnamon sticks - 2 pcs.
