  • fresh shrimp - 120 g
  • olive oil - 24 g
  • salt - 4 g
  • black pepper - 0.4g
  • fresh lemon - 2 g
  • green onions - 24 g
  • spinach - 40 g
  • tomatoes - 60 g
  • avocado guacamole - 200 g
  • ripe avocado fruits - 4 pieces
  • lime - 2 pcs
  • salt - 8 g
  • sour cream - 4 tbsp.
  • Extra Virgin olive oil - 6 tbsp. l.
  • freshly ground black pepper - 2 g

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Prepare vegetables and herbs: cut the green onion into rings, tear the spinach, finely chop the tomatoes.
Step 2
Pour boiling water over the shrimps for 20 seconds, then sprinkle with lemon juice. Add olive oil, green onions, spinach, tomatoes, salt and pepper, mix thoroughly.
