Bruschetta with avocado guacamole and shrimps

- ciabatta - 160 g
- fresh shrimp - 120 g
- olive oil - 24 g
- salt - 4 g
- black pepper - 0.4g
- fresh lemon - 2 g
- green onions - 24 g
- spinach - 40 g
- tomatoes - 60 g
- avocado guacamole - 200 g
- ripe avocado fruits - 4 pieces
- lime - 2 pcs
- salt - 8 g
- sour cream - 4 tbsp.
- Extra Virgin olive oil - 6 tbsp. l.
- freshly ground black pepper - 2 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Prepare vegetables and herbs: cut the green onion into rings, tear the spinach, finely chop the tomatoes.
Step 2
Pour boiling water over the shrimps for 20 seconds, then sprinkle with lemon juice. Add olive oil, green onions, spinach, tomatoes, salt and pepper, mix thoroughly.
