Prawn pate with dill
This pate is good with a fresh baguette or toasted toast. They can be filled with tartlets, oxen, stuffed eggs and served on a buffet table.
Ingredients
- shrimp 100 g
- chili to taste
- fresh dill 3 sprigs
- butter 50 g
- salt to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance so that it becomes soft. Finely chop the shrimp, if desired, you can grind it with a blender. Chop the dill and chilli finely.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients together. Salt to taste. Serve with fresh bread for breakfast. Pâté can be used to fill tartlets, shuttlecocks or stuffed eggs.
