Cakes with cherries and curd cream
Ingredients
  • butter 60 g
  • sugar (2 tablespoons in the dough, the rest for the cream) 100 g
  • salt 1 pinch (s)
  • milk 5 ml
  • wheat flour 100 g
  • hard cheese 60 g
  • cottage cheese 190 g
  • sour cream 70 g
  • starch 1 tbsp.
  • lemon juice 2 tablespoons
  • cherry 250 g
  • dry red wine 100 ml
  • cane sugar 1 tbsp
  • baking powder 1/2 tsp

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Grind sugar with softened butter. Add egg, stir. Add a pinch of salt, sifted flour with baking powder, mix until a uniform mass. The cake dough is ready.
Step 2
Lay out baking tins with a diameter of 9-10 cm with baking paper (4 tins are needed, I only have 2 of these and I baked the rest in a silicone cake pan). Spread the dough evenly over 4 molds (approximately 1.5-2 cm thick). Put curd cheese cream on top.
Step 3
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35 minutes. Allow to cool completely, remove from molds, remove paper.
Step 4
Defrost the cherries in advance, drain the cherry juice (about 150 ml), add red wine, cane sugar, stir and put on low heat until thickened. Put the cherries on the cakes and pour over the resulting sauce.
