Green Bean Salad with Pâté Balls
Ingredients
  • canned fine beans 200 g
  • poultry pate 150 g
  • salt to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper - to taste
  • olive oil 4 tablespoons
  • lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • yellow bell pepper 1 pc.
  • red bell pepper 1 pc.

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Form small balls from the pate and place in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Cut the champignons into thin slices and fry in olive oil, season with salt and pepper to taste. Let cool.
Step 3
For dressing, whisk olive oil with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, pour the dressing over the prepared salad. Garnish with lettuce sprigs.
