Homemade pork roast

Ingredients
- meat (pork) 700 g
- potatoes 1 kg
- carrots 2 pcs.
- onion (red) 1 pc.
- pepper (bulgarian) 1 pc.
- pepper (chili) 1-2 pcs.
- tomato 1 pc.
- garlic 2 cloves
- bay leaf 2 (leaf) pcs.
- spices 1 tsp
- greens to taste
- wine (dry) 1 tbsp.
- tomato paste 1-2 tablespoons
- water 1 glass
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Wash vegetables and peel roots. Defrost the meat and prepare for chopping.
Step 2
Cut the carrots into cubes.

Also, chop the red onion.
Step 4
Cut potatoes, tomatoes, sweet peppers into cubes. Cut the hot pepper into rings, and the garlic into thin slices.

Cut the pork into small pieces.

Fry all ingredients in vegetable oil.

Add a tablespoon of dry red wine.
