Karnıyarık - Turkish stuffed eggplant
A delicious dish of eggplant stuffed with onions, garlic, green peppers and ground meat. The translation of its name from Turkish is "swallow the tongue". Try and swallow your tongue!

- large eggplant 3-4 pcs.
- garlic 3 pcs.
- onion 1 pc.
- tomatoes pcs.
- hot green pepper (optional sivri biber) 1-2 pcs.
- parsley 1 bunch (s)
- salt
- ground black pepper
- olive oil
- sugar 1 tbsp
- sweet paprika 1 tsp
- tomato paste 1-2 tablespoons
- broth 1/2 glass (s)
- minced beef 250 g

Step 1
Use a spoon to make a hole in the eggplants that resembles a boat. Place in a baking dish. Sprinkle sugar over the holes (evenly spread 1 tablespoon between six eggplants).
