  • tomatoes pcs.
  • hot green pepper (optional sivri biber) 1-2 pcs.
  • parsley 1 bunch (s)
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • olive oil
  • sugar 1 tbsp
  • sweet paprika 1 tsp
  • tomato paste 1-2 tablespoons
  • broth 1/2 glass (s)
  • minced beef 250 g

Step 1
Use a spoon to make a hole in the eggplants that resembles a boat. Place in a baking dish. Sprinkle sugar over the holes (evenly spread 1 tablespoon between six eggplants).
