Ingredients

  • oat flour 30 g
  • rice flour 50 g
  • for raspberry cream
  • corn starch 1 tbsp
  • rice flour 1 tbsp
  • milk 1% 250 ml
  • fresh raspberries 200 g
  • chicken egg
  • vanillin to taste 2
  • sweetener to taste

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Initially, we pour water into a saucepan, add salt and oil there. We put on a gas surface and, stirring constantly, bring to a boil. We reduce the heat slightly. Without stopping stirring, slowly add flour there.

Moreover, pay attention: at the exit you should get a dough of a homogeneous, viscous-viscous mass.

Put the dough in a pastry bag and squeeze it onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, greased with olive oil

We send a baking sheet with bases for profiteroles in an oven preheated to 180 ° C. You need to bake them for about 30-40 minutes. Moreover, it is not recommended to open the oven during baking!

Now we start cooking the cream: in a saucepan, mix the eggs with flour, starch and sweetener, kneading until the lumps disappear. Then pour cold milk into the mass.
