New Year"s puffs with jam
Quick and easy jam puffs.
Ingredients
- puff pastry 400 g
- jam 100 g
- powdered sugar 1 tbsp
- egg 1 pc.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Roll out a layer of puff pastry a little.
Step 2
Cut circles out of the dough. Cut a pattern on half of them with molds.
Step 3
Grease the dough circles with an egg, put a circle with a pattern on top. Brush with egg again.
Step 4
Fill the grooves with jam.
Step 5
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle the finished puffs with icing sugar. Enjoy your meal!
