Omul fillet baked with crispy cheese crust
Ingredients
  • 4 fillets of omul 250 g
  • salt, freshly ground black pepper
  • 100 g bread crumbs
  • 60 g cheddar cheese
  • 3 sprigs of parsley
  • leaves of 1 sprig of dill
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 30 g butter
  • vegetable oil

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Season the omul fillet on both sides with a mixture of salt and pepper. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix together the crackers, finely grated cheese, finely chopped herbs and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Add melted butter. Stir until smooth. Spread the mixture over the fillets. Sprinkle with vegetable oil.
Step 3
Bake in an oven preheated to 220 ° C for 10-12 minutes. or until fish is fully cooked and crispy golden brown. Arrange fish in bowls and serve warm.
