Raspberry jam with agar agar
Ingredients
- raspberry 1 kg
- sugar 1.2 kg
- agar-agar from KOTANYI 10 g
- water 200 ml
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Sort out raspberries. Stir in sugar and leave for a while until the raspberries give juice. Put raspberries on fire, bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes, remove the foam. Let cool slightly.
Step 2
Pour agar-agar with water, mix, bring to a boil, boil for 1 min. Refrigerate.
Step 3
Add diluted agar-agar to raspberries, bring to a boil, boil for 1 minute, put in sterile jars. Roll up.
