Tender cutlets with cottage cheese
These cutlets are tender, juicy and healthy. They can and should be included in the diet of children)
Ingredients
- minced meat 500 g
- cottage cheese 150 g
- chicken egg 2 pcs.
- bread crumbs 50 g
- onion 1 pc.
- water (warm) 50 ml
- carrots (medium) 1 pc.
- parsley 2 tbsp.
- hops-suneli 1 tsp.
- salt 1 tsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Add eggs, seasoning, herbs, onions and carrots chopped in a blender, salt to the minced meat. Knead the minced meat well for 5 minutes. Cover and set aside for 1 hour, infuse with seasoning.
Step 2
Fill the breadcrumbs with warm water for 10 minutes. Mix with cottage cheese. Curd should be soft, without grains, not sour. I have a home. Add to the minced meat. Knead well again.
