Crucian carp baked in foil
Delicious, aromatic baked fish will be very useful on the festive table!
Ingredients
- crucian 400 g
- sour cream tbsp
- dried tarragon 1 pinch (s)
- black and white pepper (mill) to taste
- onions 0.25 pcs.
- dill to taste
- green onions to taste
- ground coriander 1 pinch (s)
- salt 1 pinch (s)
- lemon slice 1 pc.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Clean the crucian carp. Remove entrails and gills. Grease with sour cream. Sprinkle with salt and spices. Put a sprig of dill inside a lemon slice. Put half of the onion cut into half rings on a sheet of foil, put the fish and the rest of the onion.
Step 2
Wrap the fish in foil. Leave on for 30-40 minutes.
Step 3
Place in a baking dish.
Step 4
Put in an oven preheated to 150 degrees, bake for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Then, cut open the foil. Increase the oven temperature to 200 degrees. Bake for another 5-7 minutes, until lightly golden brown.
Step 6
Transfer the finished fish to a dish. Sprinkle with chopped dill and green onions. Enjoy your meal!
