Green smoothie
Eat a bunch of dill and parsley for breakfast? Easily. All you need to do is prepare a green smoothie. For its preparation we use everything green - grass, cucumbers and apples.
Ingredients
- 2 medium cucumbers
- 3 medium green apples
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 small bunch of parsley
- 1 small bunch of dill
- juice of half a lemon
- salt
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Remove the skin and seeds from the cucumbers, coarsely chop the flesh.
Step 2
Peel the apples from seeds and peel, chop the pulp, sprinkle with lemon juice so that it does not darken.
Step 3
Cut off coarse spots and tough fibers from celery, cut the petioles into medium-sized slices. Combine cucumbers, celery, apple, dill, parsley, salt, and leftover lemon juice in a blender. Whisk. Serve in chilled glasses.
